This BGS regional marine sampling survey took place from July to August 1982 in northern & southern North Sea and north of Scotland on board the MV Ferder. Seabed borehole cores were collected using a modified Christensen marine wireline drilling system. These data are archived by BGS. Technical details of the survey are contained in BGS Marine Geology Internal Reports 82/15 and 83/24.
