Statement

The original data are statutory notifications of intention to drill boreholes for minerals or water, in a hardcopy or digital format provided by a variety of external organisations or individuals. Index data from these notifications are then used to populate this oracle index. Complete for all notifications since 1952, not centrally maintained pre 1952.
