There are detailed below, but are also described more fully in the following journal article: Origin and significance of Si and O isotope heterogeneities in Phanerozoic, Archean, and Hadean zircon, Trail et al., (2018), PNAS 115 (41), 10287-10292 The O- and Si isotopic analyses were conducted on the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) CAMECA ims1290 ion microprobe. The solution Si isotope data were generated using a Neptune Plus MC-ICP-MS instrument - either at IPGP, Paris, or University of St Andrews. The laser fluorination O isotope data were generated using a MAT 253 mass spectrometer at the University of Oregon.
