Each folder contains the code and starting point required to reproduce a single simulation. The files present are 1. state.cdf.in - the checkpoint file used to initialise the simulation. 2. main.out - the executable simulation code, set up for the specific parameters for each simulation. 3. main.info - details of parameters for each simulation - can be used as a reference for recompiling the code to re run the simulation. 4. run.bolt - the submission script for the ARCHER2 HPC which was used to start each simulation.
