Additional information from the Geological Survey of Ireland Petoleum Affairs Division, Department of Transport, Energy and Communications, Dublin; Geological Survey of Northern Ireland, Belfast; NPD Continental Shelf No. 1 at 1:2 000 000 scale (Brekke et al 1992); and Sub-Pleistocene Geological Map of the Channel, Celtic sea and Western Approaches at 1:1 000 000 scale (Gariel, 1991)
