The skeleton deposited during the culture period was identified by alizarin red staining and removed by microdrill. Raman spectra were collected using a Renishaw In-ViaTM QontorTM Raman microscope using a NIR 300 mW 785 nm solid state laser set at 5% full power and with a 1200 1/mm grating. The FWHM was estimated by fitting the ν1 peak between 1060 and 1120 wavenumbers with a Voigt fit using the software Origin 2021.
