Water samples were filtered and were spiked with internal standards prior to dSPE. Sediment samples were freeze-dried, sieved and ball-milled to <250 ?m. Samples were extracted using modified versions of the QuEChERS extraction (EN-method) and clean-up (AOAC-method) methods. All samples spiked with IS mix (Propamocarb-d7, Carbdendazim-d3, Acetamiprid-d3, Atrazine- d5, Propiconazole-d3, Prochloraz-d4, Dimethoate-d6). Samples were analysed using a UPLC-MS/MS fitted with a Hypersil GOLD C18 column. MS/MS was performed in SRM mode using ESI in positive mode. LC/MS conditions were based on recommendations from the column manufacturer. Detection and quantification based on precursor and product ions of the 52 analytes using a 7-level calibration for both water and sediments.
